We had both on and off the record conversations with all parties. We have only quoted the on the record parts.

I believe you, but the last quote in the "What do the people who book locations say?" section as of now still reads "A senior executive who works in HETV Drama, speaking off the record, told Matt: ..."

Oh, I see. Thanks for pointing that out - that's poor phrasing from me. We got permission from everyone to use things as they are printed. I just described it incorrectly, and I have now fixed it. Thanks!

It’s painful that it’s down to something as trivial as unit bay costs. I wonder if the councils are aware of the wider impact from their pricing. Insightful article, and I do hope they give this a read.
